End User License Agreement

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement governs use of Pro Fire Safety’s internal QuickBooks automation tools and related software workflows.

Purpose

The software is used by Pro Fire Safety for internal business operations, including QuickBooks Online reporting, accounting review, reconciliation support, transaction analysis, and bookkeeping workflow automation.

License

Pro Fire Safety grants authorized internal users a limited, non-transferable right to use the software solely for Pro Fire Safety business purposes.

Restrictions

Users may not resell, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the software for unauthorized purposes. Users may not use the software to access data they are not authorized to view.

QuickBooks Access

The software may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized API. Access is limited to the permissions approved during the QuickBooks authorization process.

No Accounting, Tax, or Legal Advice

The software is intended to assist with accounting workflows and reporting. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or bookkeeping judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

No Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pro Fire Safety does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Fire Safety is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the software.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if use is unauthorized, unsafe, or no longer needed.
